Refund Policy

By making a purchase on our platform, you fully agree to the terms below.

WE WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY REFUNDS FOR:

• Chargebacks – If you file a chargeback, you forfeit all refund rights. On the checkout page, when you input your e-mail and tick the "terms" box, YOU AUTHORIZED the purchase non-negotiable.
• Serial refunding – If you repeatedly ask for refunds across multiple orders, we will block all future refunds and may ban your account.
• Change of mind, didn't like it, didn't use it, didn't read the description, or any other reason not listed below.

WE WILL ONLY REFUND IN THESE 2 EXACT SITUATIONS:

• Accidental Double Purchase – If you accidentally buy the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate charge. Just contact us with proof.
• Technical Failure on Our Side – If our system glitches, breaks, or fails to deliver what we promised due to a fault on our end (and we can confirm it), we'll refund you.

Checkout Confirmation & Agreement

Any claim of an unauthorized transaction, chargeback, or dispute filed with your bank, PayPal, or any other payment provider will be deemed unacceptable and a direct violation of this agreement. In such cases:

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• We will vigorously pursue and fight the case with full evidence, including your email input, IP logs, and purchase confirmation, to prove that the transaction was authorized by you.
